I just wanted to thank you for your help with our cruise. We enjoyed the cruise. The accomodations were great. Our mini suite was spacious and comfortable. The only problem was the crowds at the buffet before and after tours. There were long lines and not enough places to sit. I guess you have to expect that with 3000 people but it made for hectic times. The scenery was beautiful and it was a great way to see the Baltic. Thank you again......Mary and Jim

It was a wonderful cruise aboard Queen Mary 2.  The upgrade to the Princess Grill level was excellent, the stateroom was much superior to the Brittannia level and the food was superior.  Sadly this means that my wife will insist on the Princess Grill level for all future cruises!  Thanks again for making everything go so smoothly.......John & MaryJo

Everything was very planned, the full day tour in Honolulu was excellent.  I've traveled several times on Carnival and Continental and had been to Hawaii in 1993.  It was nice to go again!  Thanks Chartwell!.......Margaret

I want to thank you so much for helping us with our cruise on the Explorer of the Seas to the Caribbean.  We had a great time!  And what a surprise, champagne and snacks compliments of Chartwell!  We had wonderful tablemates for dinner - other Chartwell cruisers - and we got along famously!  The ship was really wonderful and there was so much to do onboard!!!!  Again, thank you and the staff at Chartwell for putting together such a great cruise deal and for the "goodies" we found on board for our anniversary.  We can't wait to see what your team sets up next!  Jules & Francine.
