CANCELLATION POLICY – CUSTOM TRAVEL
If you cancel your vacation, for any reason, your right to a refund is subject to the terms and conditions (a copy of which is available upon request) as set forth by the vacation supplier(s). Chartwell disclaims any oral representations regarding cancellation terms/policies of third party suppliers. Please note: Chartwell may charge up to $75 administrative fee in addition to those cancellation fees charged by the vacation suppliers.
CANCELLATION POLICY – CHARTWELL EXCLUSIVES
Note: some programs have stricter cancellation policies.
Land Vacations
61 days or more prior to departure: $50 penalty. A future travel credit will be issued in this amount. 60 – 31 Days: $150 per person penalty. 30 - 15 Days: penalty is 50% of tour price. 14 Days or less: No refund. Note: some land tours may have higher cancellation penalties, please ask for details when making a reservation.
Cruise Vacations
76 days or more prior to departure $50 per person penalty. A future travel credit will be issued in this amount. Between 76 and 31 days prior to departure: the deposit amount is your penalty. Between 30 days and 15 days before departure: penalty is 50% of tour cost. 14 days or less: Full penalty/no refund. Note: some cruise vacations (including cruise plus land tours) have higher cancellation penalties, please ask for details when making a reservation.
